Jared R. Rogers, CPA is a veteran tax professional, seasoned marketer, speaker and Illinois licensed CPA. He currently serves as the CEO of the Chicago based financial services firm, Wilson Rogers & Company and is the lead for the tax team at Fairwinds Business & Tax Solutions based in Jacksonville, Florida.
He is also the published author of 3 books- The Real Estate Brokers Little Black Tax Book, How to Slash Your Taxes Legally & Ethically and Pathways to Wealth- A Common Sense Guide to Personal Money Management & Lifestyle Techniques.
Prior to his current roles, he spent 13 years on Finance Department teams for several major companies including Hyatt Hotels, PepsiCo, Robert Bosch and KPMG, LLP.

Michael D. Sullivan is the founder of MD Sullivan Tax Group with over 50 years of IRS and private tax experience. He spent 10 years with the IRS as a Revenue Officer/Agent, specializing in Offer in Compromise and large dollar cases, and served as a Certified IRS Instructor training new agents.
For over 35 years, he has been in private practice helping individuals and businesses resolve complex IRS audit and collection issues. He is a recognized tax resolution expert and has appeared on major national media outlets including Fox Business, ABC, and NEWSMAX.

Bringing over 33 years of experience with the IRS, he served as a Revenue Officer, as well as a first- and second-level manager overseeing revenue officers, and later as an Appeals Settlement Officer. He is highly experienced in the IRS Offer in Compromise program, having reviewed approximately 3,500 offers throughout his career.
He is also the co-author of Exposing the Secrets for IRS Settlements, an Amazon bestselling book.

David graduated from Boston University with a Masters of taxation of law. David was fifth in his class.
He attended the University of Santa Clara with the jurist doctorate and graduated 19th in his class.
He graduated from the California State University with a bachelors of arts.
He was awarded first place in the Rebellion Forum first public policy about the “Taxman in the textbook.”
Mr.Hoines is admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States of America,
The Supreme Court of the state of California,
Supreme Court of the state of Florida, and the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York.
David also was admitted in the US Circuit Court of Appeals, the US Court of Claims and the United States Tax Court.

Continuing to increase her knowledge, Amber also earned a Enrolled Agent License, a Federally Authorized Practitioner who has expertise in Taxation empowered by the Internal Revenue Services for 13 years in addition as a licensed Life and Annuities Agent partnered with MassMutual. Now servicing Tax Planning (Basic and Advanced), Fractional CFO, Family Office, Financial and Business Exit Strategy/Planning.
Herb is a CPA and CGMA with a Bachelor’s in Accounting and a Master’s in Taxation from the University of Miami. He began his career in public accounting before spending over 25 years with the IRS.
He served as a Revenue Agent, Appeals Officer, and later in the Large Case Division, handling complex individual and corporate tax matters, Offers in Compromise, penalties, and cases before the U.S. Tax Court. He also consulted with IRS Criminal Investigations on potential cases.
Herb has extensive experience in examinations, Appeals, and negotiating with the IRS, and has lectured for professional organizations including the Florida Institute of CPAs.
